Lots Of Snacks At Nove Italiano

It’s been a while since I visited Chef Geno Bernardo at Nove Italiano. So when my friends at Three Square decided to hold their monthly organizational meeting for this year’s DISH Las Vegas there this month, I was excited. (The fact they moved it from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm was also pretty good news for me.) And the spread Geno put out for us was absolutely amazing. I definitely need to get back for a formal meal very soon.
