Brian Howard Shows The Media His Balls

Chef Brian Howard had the media in to Comme Ça last week to try out the new “Bistronomy” tasting menu. And I’ve got to hand it to the guy – he’s got balls! I mean that literally, in the form of cow testicle. But I also mean it figuratively, because he fed those cow testicles to the press.. They were part of the offal stew, which also featured foie gras, tripe, sweetbreads and tongue. And while a few of the more squeamish diners balked at the idea of putting the chef’s testicles in their mouths, the majority were game to at least give them a try. In the meantime, all of the other courses received near-unanimous approval! Thanks Brian.
