Burning Angel Brunch returns to Las Vegas, Strip-side at the newest culinary hotspot Rattlecan
Sexy adult stars take over the hip eatery for a special, stimulating Sunday soiree
WHO:
Rattlecan, an urban burger concept from the creators of FIRST Food & Bar at The Venetian, and Al Mancini, co-author of Eating Las Vegas: The Essential 50 Restaurants, partner with Joanna Angel and the ladies of Burning Angel for everyone’s favorite post-AVN brunch.
Burning Angel’s Joanna Angel, Jessie Lee and Kleio, will join hosts Mancini, Rattlecan’s Chef Sam “Sammy D.” DeMarco and Rattlecan designer and HGTV personality Antonio Ballatore, for an afternoon of culinary debauchery.
WHAT:
Celebrating the biggest adult expo in the country, the Adult Entertainment Expo, along with the most prestigious award show in the industry, the AVN Awards, the Burning Angel Brunch is a way for fans to spend time up-close-and-personal with some of their favorite stars while chowing on a menu inspired by the ladies who keep them satiated. The menu features passed dishes, made-to-order entrees and specialty shots and cocktails. Guests are encouraged to hang out and “kill the keg” with post-brunch drink specials.
“I’m excited to be working with Joanna, Sammy and Antonio again to bring back a dining event that is unique to Las Vegas. Joanna was a pioneer in bringing a punk rock sensibility to the adult industry, just as Sammy brought that same sensibility to the world of fine dining and Antonio to the world of design – particularly at Rattlecan. As Vegas’ resident punk rock food writer, I couldn’t imagine better partners to help celebrate one of Las Vegas’ greatest awards shows.”
Diners will receive a copy of Eating Las Vegas: The Essential 50 Restaurants written by Vegas’ top food critics Mancini, John Curtas and Max Jacobson. All guests will also receive the signature Pickleback shot, along with a token to ride the mechanical pickle – a drink concept that was inspired by Kleio at last year’s Burning Angel Brunch. Read more about the story of the Pickleback here.
To maintain the intimacy of the event, seating is limited to 40 guests; reservations can be made by calling 702-792-8932.

ABOUT JOANNA ANGEL AND BURNING ANGEL
Pushing the envelope, the BurningAngel empire is a refreshingly unique web cocktail of sex, rock ‘n’ roll and pop culture. BurningAngel.com launched in 2002 with a few sets of photos and a band interview, conceived by two amateur college kids from Rutgers, Joanna Angel and Mitch Fontaine. Since its launch, it has exploded into a fierce indie company that has pioneered a new species of erotica known as “alt porn,” with eight separate websites and hundreds of DVDs to its credit. The company is revered for popularizing alternative style girls, and prides itself on delivering hardcore adult content alongside band interviews, record reviews and a community with its own social networking. As both the star of many of
BurningAngel’s movies and the company’s spokesperson and owner, Joanna Angel has stormed both mainstream and adult media. She’s appeared in every major adult magazine such as Club, Hustler, Picture Magazine, Adam Film World and Xtreme, to name a few, and has been featured in many tattoo magazines as well, including Prick, Taboo, Inked and Savage. She has been featured on Fox News, Playboy TV, Fuse TV, G4 TV, KROQ Radio, as a regular on the Jason Ellis show on SIRIUS Radio, as a guest on the 2008 series premiere of TLC’s LA Ink, and in a speaking role on Adult Swim’s “Children’s Hospital.” She has also appeared in The New York Times, Newsweek, The Village Voice, The New York Press, Esquire UK, Details and Penthouse, among others. Heeb Magazine featured Joanna as its cover girl, naming her one of the Top 100 Up-and-Coming Jews in 2005, and The New York Post featured her as one of the Top 25 Sexiest New Yorkers in 2006. BurningAngel has brought home several awards from all the major adult shows, from AVN and XBIZ to XRCO and YNOT. Accolades include Best Porn Star Website, Best Web Premiere and Best Sex Comedy. From a college dorm room to national television, BurningAngel has made a mark in entertainment, and it’s only just beginning.
