Cibo-Vino Gets Underway, But Plenty More Wine To Be Had

The first formal meal of The Venetian/Palazzo’s monthlong food and wine celebration, Cibo-Vino, kicked off Friday night with a Solia Wine dinner. Here are some pictures of what was offered.

TAO and LAVO will host chef demos in St. Mark’s Square with TAO Executive Chef Michael Armstrong, LAVO Executive Chef Massimiliano Campanari and Corporate Executive Sous Chef Marc Marrone. Guests can enjoy watching the chefs whip up their famed cuisine including TAO’s Trio of Sashimi with Wasabi Salsa and LAVO’s Burrata Wrapped in Prosciutto, Basil and Dark Cherry Balsamic while sampling small bites.

General Admission tickets are $60. VIP tickets, which include an early entry at noon and a special gift, are $85. A portion of every ticket price will benefit Three Square, Southern Nevada’s food bank.

CHEFS OF BOUCHON FALL PREVIEW DINNER WITH THOMAS KELLER
Keller will host an intimate dining experience at Bouchon Las Vegas, with just 25 seats available. The evening begins with a canapé reception and an opportunity to interact with Chef Keller. During the seated four-course dinner, each chef de cuisine will craft a course paired with wines carefully matched by Bouchon’s sommelier team.
