Dan Rossi Lands At Eiffel Tower
It didn’t take Dan Rossi long to find a new job. Rossi left his gig as Chef de Cuisine at Scott Conant’s Scarpetta in The Cosmopolitan a few weeks ago. He’s now moved across The Strip to The Paris, where he’s the new Executive Sous Chef at Jean Joho’s Eiffel Tower Restaurant. Joung Sohn remains Joho’s Executive Chef. Rossi previously worked locally as Alex Stratta’s Chef de Cuisine at both Renoir and Alex, and as Executive Chef at David Burke in The Venetian. Congrats Dan! I can’t wait to taste your work in the new kitchen.
