I finally made it in to Mizumi, the new Japanese restaurant that has replaced Okada in Wynn Las Vegas. The place has been redesigned with a new red color scheme and a more open feel. The numerous private rooms have been eliminated to make room for more tables, but the super-exclusive Chef’s Table in the middle of the water remains. Here’s what Chef Devin Hashimoto put together for us, proving once again why omakase is the most beautiful word in the Japanese language!
