Dinner At Old Homestead

I finally got a chance to eat at the new Old Homestead in Las Vegas.  You may recall that I first spoke with owners Greg and Marc Sherry about bringing the famed New York steakhouse to Las Vegas in early December. (You can read excerpts from that interview here.)  Later that month I got my first tour of the facility. (You can see those pictures here.)  Then last Friday, my good friends at Caesars Palace were kind enough to have me in for a meal.  And while I don’t review press dinners, I will tell you that I was heard to exclaim the following rather loudly during the course of my meal:

1) Holy S**T!  Thos are the largest crab legs I’ve ever seen

2) When can I come back for another taste of that bisque?
