First Look At Bobby Q Grille

Yet another Las Vegas food truck operator has made the jump into the brick-and-mortar world.  The people who own Ben’s BBQ and Sin City Wings have now converted the shuttered restaurant space at the Spectator’s on Durango and Flamingo into the Bobby Q Grille.  The place has been opened less than a week, so I’ll refrain from reviewing anything.  But here are some pics of a few dishes I’ve tried, and some poorly lit shots of the menu.
