First Look At Culinary Dropout

Mark my words — by this time next year there will be a gastropub in every casino in Las Vegas. Not that I’m opposed the trend. It’s just become the hottest buzzword in the restaurant business. The next to open will be Culinary Dropout at The Hard Rock. It occupies the space that was formerly home to Ago, Simon and Mortoni’s, across the hall from Nobu. But the entrance will be on the casino floor, They’ll begin serving later this month, but I couldn’t wait until it’s official opening to take a look around. Here are a few pictures.
