Hanging At China Poblano’s New Noodle Bar

Before meeting my friend Vinny for an amazing feast at Comma Ca on Saturday (pictures of that dinner will be posted soon), Sue and I dropped by China Poblano for a drink at the new bar surrounding the noodle station. As I recently mentioned on Facebook, the restaurant just added “outdoor” seating in the Cosmopolitan’s common area, and a collection of bar stools around the noodle kitchen where you can grab a drink and watch the artistry of the noodle makers. To carry us through to dinner, we ordered s bit of queso fundido. As you can see, they brought out a bit more — I know, it’s rough to be me, right? Thanks to everyone, especially the amazing chefs who allowed me to snap a few photos of their work.
