Matt Seeber Exits Craftsteak

[private]Executive Chef Matt Seeber has left Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak in The MGM Grand.  His last night in the kitchen was Saturday.  A spokesperson for the resort had no information on the reason for his departure, or who will be replacing him.  But a reliable source tells me Seeber is planning to relocate to Baltimore, where his wife has been accepted into a PhD program at The University of Maryland.  Best of luck to both of them![/private]
