More Snacks At The Stratosphere’s 107 Lounge

I don’t know why, but every time The Hungry Detective Chris Cognac comes to town, we wind up eating delicious food at The Stratosphere.  This time around, it was at the 107 Lounge – although much of the food Chef Claude sent out was from the Top Of The World menu.  The pork belly with chimichurri, however, DOES come from the 107 menu, and I have to say the portion size is HUGE, particularly for the price of $15.  Better yet, it’s half price during happy hour!  Yes, that’s three massive pieces of luscious pork belly for a mere $7.50.  I was also pleasantly surprised by the Caprese salad with sweet baby watermelon.  Thanks to the chefs for the great eats, and to Chris, Jonah Bekhor, John Courtney, Gerald “G-Man” Chin, and everyone else for the company.
