New Happy Hour Menu At Milos
on
I spent a few hours at The Cosmopolitan on Saturday with a friend who had never seen the hotel, so obviously we dropped by some of my favorite restaurants. It was very cool to see the new “outdoor” seating and new bar area at China Poblano (see my Facebook photo), But I was most intrigued by a new Happy Hour menu at Estiatorio Milos.
Since I’d recently eaten, I didn’t have the chance to sample anything. But I love the food at Milos. The place made the top 10 in the 2012 edition of Eating Las Vegas: The 50 Essential Restaurants. Dinner there can be pretty pricey, however, and the shrinking portion sizes and supplemental charges have caused a lot of fans to complain the prix fixe lunch deal isn’t as huge a bargain as it once was. (I still think it’s a damn good deal.) That’s why some of these Happy Hour deals are so exciting.
Personally, I can’t wait to try Taste of Greece mezze/Ouzo combo for $12! Eight bucks for the Milos special is also pretty amazing. (It runs $29 at dinner!) I promise a full report on potion sizes, with photos, when I finally get in to try out this menu with a hearty appetite. In the meantime, here’s the menu.
