NYE At The Top Of The Stratosphere

Sue and I had an amazing New Year’s Eve at The Stratosphere. The party we attended took place on three floors at the top of the tower — each with it’s own DJ. One entire floor was dedicated to candy, while another featured a living sushi table. But the real party was all the way at the top, with multiple carving stations, dim sum, desserts more bars than I could count, and assorted performers. And of course, that was the top spot to check out the fireworks throughout the city, particularly the ones shot from the roof above us. A huge thanks to Matt Mascali for inviting us to take part in the festivities and to Rick, Claude, Carlos and every other chef on the property for such great food.
