Returning To Sage After Far Too Long
on
It had been far too long since I visited Sage. When the place opened, it felt like I lived there. But eventually, my attention faded. That was a mistake. I got back to what is easily Aria’s grandest restaurant twice this week: once for dinner with Sue, and once for snacks with John Curtas and some visiting out of town guests. Nothing disappointed. Here are some pictures from the dinner. And if you want to see the restaurant’s chef Richard Camarota out of his element, he’ll be battling it out with Chef Michael Vitangeli of Circo at this week’s Back Of The House Brawl.
