Sloppi Jo's Returns To Join Fukuburger At Action Sports Exhibition

Fans of Jolene Maninia, the woman behind the incredibly popular Saturday Night Truck Stop/Back Of The House Brawls and Chowdowntown pop-up series will be excited to hear she’s bringing back her retired food truck Sloppi Jo’s Roving Eatery. Sadly it’s only for a day. Jo and her partner Josh Clark will be manning the truck, known for a menu inspired by New Mexico’s Hatch Green Chiles, on September 3 at the Hometown Heroes exhibition. Hosted by Ricardo Laguna, the event will take place at Insert Coin(s), and will celebrate Vegas’ best BMX riders. Those of you more interested in food than bikes (which I assume is most people reading my site), will also be happy to hear the the boys from Fukuburger will also be on hand.
