I know summer is winding down, but while working on the dessert section for the new edition of the book, I decided I should pay a visit to Neapolitan at The Cosmopolitan’s Boulevard Pool for they both close for the season. Between the booze-infused ice pops, the sweet mixed drinks frozen to silky perfect using liquid nitrogen, and the other frozen alcoholic treats, it almost made me miss the 115-degree days of August. Almost. Fortunately mixologist Mariena Mercer will be offering some of her favorites inside at Chandelier during the cooler months ,
