Two Michael Mina Meals In 10 Days
on
When you get to dine at both Strip Steak and Sea Blue within ten days, it’s pretty incredible. When the Strip Steak meal involves Michael Mina cooking and chatting with you and Raj Parr pairing about 20 wines, it’s even better. (Yes, that’s five wines per course, for four coures at the “unusual Pairings” lunch. I was particularly impressed by the Margerum Pinot Gris “Kilickitat” with the apple and fennel salad.) When you’re able to decompress from working backstage at the Billboard Music Awards by pigging out at the Sea Blue bar, it’s a homerun. Thanks to everyone at the Mina Group for two great meals.
